Solenoid N282 (No. 9 Solenoid)

The solenoid N282 is a normally closed solenoid, controls the K2 clutch. If this solenoid fails in the "Off" position (normally closed), thumps may occur during shifts  to 4, 5 and 6 gears.

Solenoid K2 is a linear solenoid .It activates 4th, 5th and 6th gear. Problems with switching of these gears mean it is necessary to replace the solenoid and repair valve body.Skoda Octavia (L4 1.4L 1.6L 1.8L 2.0L), Fabia (L4 1.4L 1.6L), Roomster (L4 1.6L), Superb (L4 1.8L, 2.0L, V6 3.2L)
