We sell some parts with the possibility of exchange for your broken part, this is always indicated on the product card. If you want to return the broken part, make sure that it is fully loaded, pack it and send it to us:

After receiving your parts, our specialist will check them (some items may not be exchanged due to severe damage) and we will refund the difference to your account. Further, you can request a transfer of these funds to a bank account or leave them on the account and they will be taken into account at the following orders.
